How we deliver measurable change.

01 — Workforce

Vocational Training Pipelines That Lead to Real Jobs

  • Industry-aligned curriculum co-designed with employers
  • Wraparound services: transportation, childcare, mental health
  • Job-placement partnerships with 80+ regional employers
  • 12-month post-placement coaching and retention support
02 — Resilience

Crisis Resilience & Disaster Preparedness

Our resilience programs strengthen communities' ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. We build local capacity through hands-on training, resource coordination, and technology-driven early warning systems.

  • Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training cohorts
  • Mesh-network early warning infrastructure
  • Rapid-deployment volunteer corps with cross-state agreements
  • Recovery grants for households left behind by federal aid
03 — Literacy

Digital Literacy for the Modern Economy

We bridge the digital divide by building a skilled workforce fluent in modern technology. Our programs offer hands-on training in digital tools, cybersecurity fundamentals, and online collaboration.

  • From-zero curriculum (no prior computer experience required)
  • Device lending libraries with mobile hotspot access
  • Certifications recognized by Google, Microsoft, and CompTIA
  • Senior-focused tracks for older learners re-entering the workforce
04 — Health

Global Health Equity at the Community Level

GBI Foundation tackles global health disparities through community health education, access to medical resources, and partnerships with healthcare providers in underserved regions.

  • Community health worker training across 12 partner countries
  • Maternal and infant health initiatives in low-resource settings
  • Mobile clinics and telehealth bridges to specialty care
  • Public health data infrastructure for early outbreak detection

Our Story

Bridging the gap between opportunity and access.

GBI Foundation Inc. was established with a singular purpose: to bridge the gap between opportunity and access. What started as a grassroots workforce training initiative has grown into a multi-faceted organization tackling AI governance, global health, crisis resilience, and digital literacy.

“We refuse to accept a world where someone's potential is decided by their postal code. Every program we build is an answer to that refusal.”

GBI Foundation · Founding Statement

Our team of dedicated professionals, volunteers, and partners works tirelessly to ensure that innovation serves everyone — not just the privileged few. We believe technology, when paired with local leadership and long-term commitment, can rewrite outcomes that have been considered fixed for generations.

Today, GBI Foundation operates across six priority areas, partnering with community organizations, employers, governments, and grassroots leaders in dozens of cities and several continents. Every program we run is evaluated by a simple test: does it leave the community measurably stronger than we found it?

What Guides Us

Three principles. One direction.

Mission, vision, and values aren't decoration — they're the operating system behind every program we launch and every partnership we build.

01 — Mission

Why we exist

To empower underserved communities through workforce innovation, technology access, and resilient infrastructure — fostering self-sufficiency and equitable growth worldwide.

02 — Vision

The world we're building

A world where every individual has the skills, tools, and support to thrive in an evolving digital economy — regardless of geography or circumstance.

03 — Values

How we operate

Integrity. Innovation. Equity. Collaboration. Accountability. These five values guide every program we launch and every partnership we build.
